Digital Menu Board for a Coffee Shop
SipUrban Farmhouse in Milton, DE wanted to upgrade its hand-written menu and have a modern, unique digital display with all its offerings while remaining true to its brand.
Design and Exploration
We focus on creating at least two different ideas for our creative project to truly explore the possibilities of design, and to show our clients the potential paths their brands can take. For this project, we designed two mockups with different styles and personalities. After discussing with our client, we moved on to the animation and development of the design.
Here our client provided their existing logo and direction, so we worked within the client’s brand to ensure our designs felt natural and fit the location.
Animation and Assembly
Our client chose the second option which mimics a chalkboard. Our team expanded on this idea by creating animated icons to be placed throughout the design.
Individually animated, each piece brings life to the menu board and creates visual appeal and interest.
project delivery
Upon finalizing the menu design and reviewing it with our client, we installed the menu on their screen and continue to support updates, redesigns, and any other needs. We also provided some additional design services for coffee sleeves and table tents.
The final menu board design plays on a loop at the location and allows customers to view the menu items and experience the different animations as they happen. Our client loved our design and requested we extend the design to a secondary location.
